Shipping and Returns


We're not the biggest fan of shipping costs either. That's why we're waiving the shipping costs. We only ask for Shipping and Handling costs for our Giveaway products.

Returns and Exchanges

We get it, not each internet purchase is a success. That's why we're here to make sure you're happy. We take full responsibility if something happens to your package, that means:

  • Your package somehow disappeared into thin air
  • The item you received is in such bad condition you cannot use it at all
  • We accidentally sent you the wrong item

Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns in case you:

  • Entered the wrong address and the package fell on someone else's doorstep
  • You accidentally ordered the wrong items
  • You changed your mind about the product

Want to file a Return and Exchange? There are a few simple steps you need to take:

  1. Email our happiness center at Our team is available for you 7 days a week. Tell us what would make you happy and we'll guide you through the process.
  2. When your return and exchange is accepted by our happiness center, it will take 5-7 days to process your request.
  3. We will take you through the process to make you happy.
